What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

FAQLED uses FedEx for all its shipping.  Because of the size and weight of our packages being large, we have found FedEx to be the most economical for shipping our product.  The shipping charges is calculated based on your delivery location from our warehouse.  We generally do not mark up the shipping charges.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We use PayPal to process all our payment requests.You may use any method that PayPal allows which include Visa/MC/Discover/PayPal/Amex

How long will delivery take?

We generally process and ship all orders in 24-48 hours during normal business hours.By Default we offer FedEx Ground which take from 2-7 business days, however you may select another shipping method.We will provide you the shipment tracking number for you to track your package.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Since we use PayPal for all our payment processing, We do not collect or store your credit card information on our web site.PayPal is a world renouned payment processes and has its own privacy policies.Please read our and PayPal’s privacy policies.

What exactly happens after ordering?

FAQLED goes to work immediately once an orders is received.We validate the order for any errors and availability of stock.We will pick, pack and ship your order usually in 24-48 hours during normal business hours.If there are expected delays or in case of special orders, we will communicate the expected delivery date with you.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

FAQLED will include the order form with your shipment.Your order is the invoice.If you require an additional invoice copy, please contact us.
